    Bok Choon Lim Just to share some best practice. YTL is going to develope the piece of land next to E&O so that's the connection. And maybe we can get some big firms such as YTL interested to help us turn around the currently abandoned Shih Chung School?! What do you think??

    Thanks for the link so YTL are used to working with Bath - an UNESCO site, and Grade II buildings and Archaeologists - all of this knowledge and care is what is needed on their new site next to the E&O - this is where an old Aqueduct and reservoir was sited or at least close by - By the looks of it YTL are interested in such things - but I wonder if they ever got to read the report for Penang? I would be a HUGE feather in their cap if they followed the same philosophy here.

    Bok Choon Lim YTL has earned lots of praise for their utility services through the ownership of the Wessex Water. I hope they will get recognition for their works in Penang too! YTL used to sponsor the cultural week in Penang. They must have lots of feathers in their hat already. Hopefully they get the biggest one from youGwynn Jenkins. Will keep posting and updating!
