On the ground with 5 mppp enforcement officers at mppp car park near kek lok si. Regain control of the car park as there was a fight reported yesterday evening at the car park. The only way to control illegal carpark collector is to station people there and police must act.

Shaun Woo Illegal carpark collectors are everywhere in Penang and they are a nuisance. Their act is no different than blackmail or extortion. The Penang government must do something!!!!

Wong Hon Wai 黃漢偉 We need additional carpark near kek lok si. I supported the flat land car park which can fit in a few hundred cars. With the additional supply，no more incentive for the illegal car park operator as people has alternative.

Teong Wha Ong In Penang,I never pay illegal "jaga kereta men" when parking my car,this is b'cos Penang is my territory,it is a disgrace to pay them money when I'm supposed to collect money from them ! I'm also a "tai ko".
