A GROUP of residents from the Pykett Avenue, Khaw Sim Bee Road and Westlands Road area in Penang are raising queries and concerns about a high-rise property development in the vicinity.

    How and by what way did the 15 units per acre become 87 units per acre ?? State legislature changed it or the YDP or CM ?? YB CHow qouted, "The council has already implemented the new ruling, where certain areas could have higher density per acre, for more than a year now," WHat certain areas, whats the guide line ??     Bok Choon Lim A grand strait eclectic bunglow mansion is definitely got more meaning, own more depth and worth even more in terms of historical and asthetical value compare to a block mulitstorey white box. I used to admire HK's skyline, but now I hate to see them being imitated in Penang.
